18U Tryouts

The Maryland Heat EliTe 18u team iis a College Preparatory team that truly committed on preparing players for the next level.  we  Emphasize teamwork, discipline, attitude, fitness, scholastic achievement while players work to perfect their skills individually and as a team. we will olny participate in events with a goal of college recruitment (through the building of resumes and increased visibility) to assist student athletes to get to the next level as well as maintain a certain level of play for those already committed. We will be exposed to college coaches and recruiters attending events and tournaments throughout the season which will include only “Open, A, Gold” level tournaments, showcase tournaments and college recruitment camps/clinics. This group is ONLY for serious players and families willing to make the commitment (time, cost, travel, etc).  Athletes are expected to attend all practices, workouts and tournaments and will be required to work on their own independently aside from team practices.
